Service Agreement Terms

SERVICE AGREEMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
J+A HVAC & More
Effective as of: [6.13.2024]
By enrolling in a service agreement with J+A HVAC & More, you agree to the following terms and
conditions:
1. SERVICE COVERAGE
- This service plan covers standard cleaning and maintenance of applicable HVAC units (as listed in
your selected tier).
- Services included are limited to routine cleaning procedures. Any cleaning, repair, or labor outside of
standard practice—including heavy buildup removal, disassembly, or remediation—may incur
additional costs, which will be quoted prior to work.
- Add-on services such as additional mini-split head cleaning or water heater flushes are available for
an extra fee.
2. PRICING AND PLAN CHANGES
- J+A HVAC & More reserves the right to adjust pricing or discontinue the service agreement at any
time, with notice provided to the customer.
- If work cannot be performed due to equipment condition, unsafe access, or environmental restrictions,
we reserve the right to cancel the service visit and/or the entire agreement, with a prorated refund if
applicable.
- Customers may cancel their service plan at any time and receive a prorated refund based on unused
service.
3. MEMBERSHIP PERKS AND LIMITATIONS
- Service members receive a 10% discount on labor and priority scheduling for regular service visits
(excluding major holidays).
- Same-day or next-day service is based on availability and is not guaranteed.
4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
- Either party may cancel this agreement at any time.
- If J+A HVAC & More initiates the cancellation, customers will receive a full or prorated refund,
depending on services already rendered.
- If the customer cancels, a prorated refund will be provided based on services performed to date.
5. DATA COLLECTION AND USE
- We collect and store basic customer information including name, address, contact details, and service
history.
- This data is used only for internal purposes, such as appointment reminders, service history, and
marketing communications from J+A HVAC & More.
- We do not sell, share, or distribute your information to any third parties.
6. OPT-OUT AND DATA DELETION
- Customers may opt out of marketing communications at any time by notifying us in writing.
- To request full removal of your customer data (excluding what must be retained by law), please send
a written request to:

- Once received, we will process your request and erase any non-legally required customer data within
30 days.
